Welcome to fashionnmore.in. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website namely fashionnmore.in and the purchase of products from us.
1.2 By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
2. Products & Orders
2.1 We offer a variety of sarees, blouses, blouse pieces, and women's ethnic wear. Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
2.2 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
2.3 If an order is cancelled due to unavailability or technical errors, a full refund will be issued.
2.4 We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD).
2.5 Products will be dispatched after confirmation of payment.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 We accept payments via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.
3.3 We use secure payment gateways, and we do not store your payment details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 We provide free shipping in INDIA.
4.2 Products will be delivered within 5-10 business days, depending upon given address.
4.3 We offer home delivery across all over India. Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping address and courier services.
4.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
4.5 We do not sell our products out of India therefore our users are requested to place orders within India accordingly.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 We accept returns only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
5.2 Customers must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery with valid proof (video, images, invoice, etc.) Unedited, uncut and original video of unpacking the received product shall be required for claiming returns and or refunds.
5.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 1 to 4 business days after product verification and or receiving at our end.
5.4 No Refunds and or returns shall be applicable for customers who does not fulfill the above criteria.
6. Exchange Policy
6.1 Exchanges are available only for size or design or totally different colour-related issues, subject to stock availability.
6.2 Customers must return the product in original condition with tags and packaging as per our policy.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Orders cannot be cancelled once placed on fashionnmore.in. (We initiate instant shipping procedure as soon as we get your order and payment details)
7.2 We reserve the right to cancel orders due to fraud suspicion, incorrect pricing, or unavailability.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on our website (images, text, logos, etc.) is our intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or data.
9.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.
10. Privacy Policy
10.1 We collect and use customer information as per our Privacy Policy updated on our website.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of INDIA only.
11.2 Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Nagpur jurisdiction only.
