Refund Policy

Refunds and or returns are strictly applicable for products having manufacturing defects only. No products shall be eligible for returns or refunds that are used and or worn and or washed and or without tags and in their original packaging.

Returns shall be made in case of delivery of wrong coloured and or damaged and or completely different product.

For transparency of refund of received products, customers shall strictly make uncut and unedited video while unpacking each and every product, without which no customer purchases shall be eligible for refunds and or returns and or replacement and or exchange. Procedure for returns and or exchange shall be initiated further only after submitting the unpacking video by our customer within 24 hours of receiving.

Refunds may be credited to your original payment method within 1 to 4 business days depending upon the type of refund. Refunds for returned products shall be strictly made after receiving the returned product at our end.

Instant/same day refund is applicable to our customers whose products are out of stock. Whereas, customers may choose for refund or place an order for another product by contacting our customer service via provided WhatsApp number and the remaining amount shall be adjusted accordingly.
